Office Amenities

The various office amenities available on site is an important factor in selecting a document management center. In the event that you or one of your employees need to physically retrieve a group of documents or oversee a shredding, it's important that they have internet, fax and telephone available while at the facilities. Most storage center's now offer these basic office perks, but be sure to ask before signing a contract.
